We went to extreme and left iMX6 TinyRex running at -60°C (-76ºF). Absolutely no problems. Notice the snow flying around 
With a middle size heatsink, the boards were reliably running at +60°C. To test higher temperatures, we would need to use a bigger heatsink. More details here>
